  • We do not accept cash payments at the apartments.
  • A security deposit may be required upon arrival.

Cancellation and No-show Policy:

  • Cancellations made 7 days prior to arrival are eligible for a full refund.
  • No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

Pet Policy:

  • Unfortunately, we are unable to host your pets at our current location. 

Smoking Policy:

  • Our apartment and its compound are smoke-free. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors and within the compound.
  • Designated smoking areas are available outside the premises.
